This is a great british flick! Its funny, its sexy and its alltogether enjoyable. It reminds me of "Clockstoppers," and a bit of "Jumper" (without the more paranoid aspects.)What is truly the most surprising is what this charactor chooses not to do with his rather unique ability (stopping time). If you are interested in time travel, quantum effects or cutting edge sci-fi then this film is a bit of a departure from the expected norm, but not a disappointing one. The elements are all there, the scenes are very spare at times and the sets are nothing special, the beauty arises from the dynamic flow and interaction between the charactors and their mundane existence. Definatly not a PG-13, lots of adult related material.
